Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with any service you receive from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may address your concerns and make sure that you are happy with the results.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment time; they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start-time otherwise there will be a cancellation fee charged equal to half of the total price quoted for their booked service.
If notice is given less than 24 hours from original booking start-time then a rescheduling fee may apply.

No-Refunds For Completed Services

Once services have been completed on customer vehicles – no refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless there was some sort of damage caused by our team members during this process which could not reasonably have been prevented or corrected without causing further harm.
In cases where such damages occur; we will work together with clients in order to rectify them as quickly & efficiently as possible while minimizing inconvenience/losses incurred by both parties involved.
